This growing data is widening the access to aromatherapy for people like babies, young children, pregnant women, elderly and those with over sensitivity to smell. We have learned from experience how the difference of added intention in herbal and essential oil applications will magnify a positive result. Darla Dunn, C.H.A., Professional Aromatic Distiller, a Professional Aromatherapy Student at JennScents Aromaversity and CEO of Honest to God Organics Apothecary. She has cultured a lifelong deep connection to nature and the abundance of botanicals that flourishes in her native home of Southern California. Darla is the Head Distiller & Aromatherapist at 123Farm in Highland Springs Ranch, Southern California’s largest Certified Organic Lavender & Herbal farms, working to reform and redefine commercial distillation practices while also assisting other smaller farms get their start. In 2022, Darla launched Honest to God Organics Apothecary, an 100% organic aromatherapy line featuring exclusive blends, selectively sourced essential oils, limited release local collaborations and small batch distillations. Forging her path in hydrosol primary distillation, sustainable plant sourcing, awareness and education, Darla aspires to expand the in giant footsteps of pioneers and her mentors like Jennifer Pressimone, Ann Harman & Jeanne Rose.
