Raghda is a seasoned expert in global business development, supply chain management, with over 26 years of experience in the MAPS (Medicinal Aromatic Plants and Spices) and essential oil industries. A Clinical Certified Aromatherapist and soon-to-be Natural Perfumer.
Raghda began her career in 1998 in Egypt, working with a leading grower and distiller of medicinal plants. Combining her passions for languages, history, nature, and adventure, she has specialized in supply chain management, business development, and sustainable sourcing, visiting over 25 countries known for their medicinal plants.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led global projects in Egypt, Albania, Turkey, India and the USA. In 2018, Raghda founded Ebers Aromatherapy and began teaching aromatherapy Internationally. In 2020, she launched the NAHA-approved Ebers School of Aromatherapy.
Raghda currently serves as the NAHA International Director for Egypt and the International Relationship Chair, organizing global educational study tours for aromatherapists and plant enthusiasts. She also teaches in schools, hospitals, and organizations across the USA, promoting safe aromatherapy practices.
Additionally, Raghda is an ambassador for the Airmid Institute, advancing sustainable and ethical aromatherapy practices worldwide. A former member of the Aromatic Research Quality Appraisal Task Force (ARQAT), she is committed to advancing aromatherapy globally, particularly in the Middle East, and supporting safe, sustainable practices within the industry.
