with Nyssa Hanger
The Moon offers a template for reconnecting with oneself, breaking through outdated patterns, and fueling growth and transformation.
Essential oils can enhance working with the Moon through both ritual and daily use. This presentation will outline the phases of the moon as well as essential oils that can help to align oneself with the energy of each phase. We’ll also cover what aromatherapy applications, method of use, and formulas are best for each Moon Phase. The New and Full Moon will be highlighted as moments to pause and reflect with guidance on utilizing aromatherapy during these times.
Participants will be instructed in building their own personal “moon map” - a guide to practices that can help to let go of old patterns as well as welcome new growth and insights. Using essential oils according to the phases of the moon is a creative and exciting way to engage more deeply with the practice of aromatherapy while also bringing you deeper in touch with your dreams and making them a reality. This presentation promises to be both enriching and enlightening to practitioners of all levels of experience.
